The following four species Physcomitrium pyriforme (Funariaceae), Bryum alpinum, Pohlia elongata (Bryaceae) and Fabronia pusilla (Fabroniaceae), are reported for the first time from Iran. The specimens were collected from Makhmal-kuh mountain (situated in north of Khorram-abad, Lorestan province).
